微波热凝术治疗前列腺增生症

用局部、深部、温控及测温的前列腺疾病治疗仪,治疗60例症状重、手术风险大的前列腺增生病人。根据前列腺的大小,决定加热的功率、时间及深度。患者经治疗后,排尿困难明显改善。随访2个月到2年,临床治疗有效率达95%,尿流率恢复正常达86.7%,残余尿恢复正常率达72%。除术中尿道内短暂灼痛、术后3例病人发生睾丸、附睾炎外,无其它并发症。本法具有安全、简便、术后痛苦少等优点。

TREATMENT OF PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA BY MICROWAVE COAGULATION

A newtype of microwave hyperthermia apparatus with single antenna,timer and temperature-controller has been designed by Nanjing Railway Medical College and Nanjing Research Institute of Electronic Technology to treat prostatic diseaese.Prostatic hyperplasia was treated in 60 cases with marked symptoms and at high-risk for oper- ation by this technique.The radioactive part was located on the prostatic urethia with the help of ultrasonography and according to the size of prostaate gland,time of heating and depth of penetrsting biologic tissue were controlled.The resultr revealed an obvious therapepeutic effect in 95%.In a preliminary follow-up,the urinary flow rate was improved in 86.7% and residual urine vanished in 71.7%.The procedurure is simple and safe.
