内镜介入加中药治疗疣状胃炎220例疗效观察

目的]探讨内镜介入和中药治疗疣状胃炎的临床价值.方法]经胃镜诊断明确的220例疣状胃炎患者随机分为西药组和中西药组,各110例,两组均采用内镜介入方法,共治疗疣状隆起病变536枚,术后分别给予西药和中西药结合治疗,1～2个月后观察镜下病变形态学变化、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴及腹痛、烧心、反酸等症状变化.结果]全部病例治疗后疣状隆起消失率达94.7%,西药组及中西药组分别为93.6%及94.6%,Hp转阴率分别为93.6%及95.5%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).临床症状缓解率西药组为78.6%,中西药组为91.8%,中西药组明显优于西药组(P＜0.05).结论]疣状胃炎采用内镜介入方法治疗安全、有效、可靠;在改善临床症状方面,中西药组明显优于西药组.

Therapeutic observation on 220 cases of verrucose gastritis by endoscopic treatment combined with Chinese herbs

Objective] To discuss the therapeutic values of endoscopic treatment combined with Chinese herbs on verrucose gastritis.Methods] Two hundred and twenty cases of verrucose gastritis diagnosed by endoscope were separated on 2 equal groups(A and B),and all treated under the endoscope.Patients in group A was treated by western medicine only,while in another group treated by Chinese herbs combined with western medicine.Targets changes,morphology,helicobacter plori,clinical symptoms and so on were observed 1~2 months later.Results] The disapperance rate of verruciform protuberance was 94.7 % in all cases after therapy.The disapperance rate in group A and B was 93.6 % and 94.6 % respectively without significant difference between them(P>0.05).The remission of clinical symptoms was 78.6 % in group A,and 91.8 % in group B with significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion]The endoscopic treatment on verrucose gastritis is a safe,effective and reliable method.Chinese herbs combined with western medicine are better to improve patient's clinical symptoms than single western medicine.
