强迫症患者认知状况调查及心理行为干预效果评价

目的探讨强迫症患者的认知状况，为实施心理行为干预提供科学依据。方法对人组的60例强迫症患者于入组时和心理行为干预12周末，采用自拟认知调查表测评患者的认知状况；于入组时和心理行为干预4周末、8周末、12周末，采用强迫症状量表评定临床疗效。结果干预12周末，入组患者认知水平较治疗前显著提高（P〈0．01），强迫症状量表总分、强迫观念和强迫行为因子分较干预前显著下降（P〈0．01）；12周末显效率为74．97％（45／60），有效率96．64％（58／60）。结论强迫症患者存在不同程度的认知障碍，药物联合心理行为干预较单纯药物治疗效果为好。

Surveys of cognitive status and evaluation of psycho-behavioural investigation in OCD patients

Objective To explore the cognitive status of obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD） patients to provide scientific basis for practicing psycho-behavioral intervention. Methods Cognitive status was asssessed with the belt-made Cognition Questionnaire（SCQ）in 60 enrolled OCD patients at intake and at the end of 12 week intervention; clinical efficaies were assessed with the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale（Y-BOCS） at intake and at the end of the 4th, 8th and 12th week. Results At the end of the 12th week, cognition levels of the patients increased more significantly （P〈0. 01） ,and the total, compulsive idea and compulsive behavior score lowered more significantly（P〈0.01） compared with pretreatment; at the end of the 12th week, obvious effective and effective rate was respectively 74.97% and 96. 64% Conclusion OCD patients have varying degrees of cognitive disorder,drugs combined with psycho-behavioral intervention are better than pharmacotherapy only in efficacy.
