| 摘 要： | 肝再生磷酸酶3(PRL-3)是新近发现的一种酪氨酸磷酸酶,被认为是一种肿瘤潜在的诊断标记和治疗的靶点。在多种肿瘤中的表达水平高于其相应的正常组织,特别是结肠癌肝转移的组织中,其表达水平远远高于无转移结肠肿瘤和正常的结肠上皮。现综述PRL-3的结构、功能以及其在肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭可能的形成机制及临床诊治中的应用等方面的研究进展。 |

| Abstract: | The liver regeneration phosphatase-3 is a newly discovered tyrosine phosphatase,which is considered as potential diagnostic makers and therapeutics target in tumors.Its expression is in higher level in tumors than that in normal tissues.Especially the expression of PRL-3 is far higher in metastatic lesions derived from colorectal cancer than that in nonmetastatic tumors and normal colorectal epithelium.This article reviews study progresses of PRL-3 about its structure,function,its possible forming mechanism in tumor occurrence,development and invasion and its application in clinical diagnosis and therapy. |
