| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of reform of healthcare system, hospitals are attaching more and more importance to the training of hospital staff. This paper elaborated the principles, contents, methods and assessment of the hospital staff training, beginning from the importance of training the hospital staff, with the hope of laying a theoretical foundation for effectively carrying out hospital staff training. |
