| 摘 要： | 生存质量是一种自我感受,涉及到社会和心理多方面的因素.严重肺部疾病及合并症会使患者的生存质量受到影响,因此评定患者生存质量对疾病的变化及治疗有指导意义.目前应用于呼吸系统疾病的生存质量量表众多,它们有着各自的特点及评估侧重点,如何根据临床目的进行恰当的选择,是临床工作中遇到的重要问题.

| Abstract: | Life quality is a kind of self-feeling,involving a wide range of social and psychological factors.The existence of serious lung disease and complication have influence on the patients' life quality.Therefore,assessing the patients' life quality has a guiding significance for the diversification and the treatment of diseases.Currently,a large number of scales are applied in the respiratory diseases,they have their own characteristics and evaluation emphases.How to select properly depends on the clinical purpose,which is an important problem in clinical work. |
