| 摘 要： | OSAHS 作为一种常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病，其发病机制目前尚未完全明确。脂联素是一种新近发现的脂肪细胞因子，通过与脂联素受体结合产生调节糖脂代谢、抑制炎症反应、保护血管内皮等作用，与 OSAHS 的发生发展有密切联系。本文就脂联素与 OSAHS 的研究进展进行综述。 |

The research progress of adiponectin and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome |

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a type of common sleep breathing disorder.The pathogenesis of OSAHS is not yet entirely clear now.As a kind of newly found adipokine,adiponectin plays an ipmortant role in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism、inhibiting inflammatory response、protecting vascular endothelium and so on,by combining with adiponectin receptors.Adiponectin is closely related with the development of OSAHS.In this article,we will review the research progress of adiponectin and OSAHS. |
