| 摘 要： | 本文对骨质疏松患者的股骨上端骨小梁分级进行了全面的评价。在控制膳食的条件下,股骨上端骨小梁等级与尿钙、尿磷、血钙之间的复相关系数为0.6370。骨小梁等级与股骨骨盐含量之间的相关系数为0.5276。对159例正常人及95例骨折病人的骨小梁等级进行分析发现,骨小梁等级随增龄而降低,男、女之间的差异无显著性,正常人和骨折病人之间的骨小梁等级有着明显的分界线,特别在脊椎压缩性骨折和股骨颈骨折病人,其骨小梁等级较正常人明显降低。故推荐股骨上端骨小梁等级作为诊断骨质疏松的早期筛选指标。

| Abstract: | An overall evaluation of diagnostic value of femoral upper end trabecular grade was presented. Under the control of diet, the multiple correlation coefficient between femoral trabecular grade and uriccalcium, uric phosphorus, serous calciun is 0.6370. The linear correlation coefficient between femoral trabecular grade and femoral bone mineral content is 0.5276. The femoral trabecular grades of 159 normal individuals and 95 patients with osteoporosis were measured. There is no significant difference between grades of nudes and those of females. There is no significant difference between grades of males and those of females. There is significant difference between grades of nornuds and those of patients. The results suggest that the femoral trabecular grade can be used as an early diagnostic index. |
