| 摘 要： | 目的：建立亮叶杨桐叶中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,以TC-C18色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸（20：80）为流动相,254nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果：槲皮苷在0.05～1.60μg范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0.9992）,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.00%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： to assay the content of Quercitr in Adinandra Nitida by HPLC.Method： The TC-C18（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm） column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid（20：80）,the detection wave length was 254nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Resuilts： Linearity of Quercitr was good at 0.05～1.60μg（r=0.9992）.The average recovery of buddleodide was 97.4% with RSD less than 1.00%（n=6）.Conclution： The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be applied in determination of Quercitr in Adinandra Nitida. |
