| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨解郁汤治疗肝郁伤神型抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将诊断为肝郁神伤型的抑郁症患者45例，随机分为治疗组30例、对照组15例，西药对照组服用氟西汀治疗，中药治疗组服用解郁汤，4周为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程，共12周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、中医症状评分标准评定临床疗效与不良反应。结果：两组临床疗效经统计学分析显示中药治疗组的临床疗效与西药对照组比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），且前者不良反应较少而轻。结论：解郁汤治疗肝郁神伤型抑郁症的临床疗效确切，安全性良好。
