| 摘 要： | 目的：观察口服特比萘芬联合外用联苯苄唑治疗手足癣的疗效、安全性。方法：将132例手足癣患者随机分为2组：治疗组68例,口服特比萘芬联合外用联苯苄唑,疗程1月;对照组64例,局部外用联苯苄唑溶液,疗程1月。结果：治疗组一月后有效率为92.6%,高于对照组的53.1%,有显著性差异。结论：联合疗法和单一外用药物治疗手足癣均有效,但联合疗法起效快、疗程短、效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of terbinafine plus bifonazole in treatment of tineamanusandpedis.Methods：132 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one（treaatment group） with terbinafine plus bifonazole and the other（control group） with bifonazole only.Results：The total effective rates were 92.6% for treatment group and 53.1% for control group（P﹤0.01）,significant difference existed.Conclusions：Two methods are both effective in treating tineamanusandpedis,but terbinafine plus bifonazole is better,it has fast action and a short course. |
