油茶皂苷的现代药学及生物活性研究进展

摘    要:油茶是我国重要的木本食用油料树种,也是世界四大木本油料作物之一。其果实、叶除了具有较高的营养价值外还具有一定的药用价值。此外,油茶皂粕、油茶壳等传统榨取茶油后剩余的成分在化工、建筑领域也有广泛的应用。概述了油茶中皂苷类成分的提取纯化工艺、定量测定等现代药学及生物活性研究进展,以期为油茶的综合开发利用提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:Camellia oleifera is an important oil-bearing crop in China which belongs to one of the four major woody oil crops all over the world. The fruits and leaves of C. oleifera exhibit their application both in nutritive value and pharmacy. Additionally, the C. oleifera meal and hull, which comes from the remainder of oil-extracted materials, play a wide role in chemical engineering and building industry.In this present study, we give a overview about the sasanquasaponin in C. oleifera from the aspects of extracting techniques, purification, determination, and bioactivities in order to provide useful information for further exploitation and utilization of C. oleifera.
