灵芝和黄芪对噪声暴露小鼠肝脏核酸含量的影响

摘    要:
目的观察灵芝和黄芪对噪声暴露小鼠肝脏核酸含量的影响。方法采用昆明种小鼠150只,分为4组,对照组不接触噪声,用自来水灌胃,噪声组、噪声+灵芝组、噪声+黄芪组分别又分3个亚组,分别用2.0、3.0、3.5kHz的噪声处理,2h/d,连续10d。同时,噪声组、噪声+灵芝组、噪声+黄芪组除噪声处理外还分别用自来水、灵芝液、黄芪液灌胃,均为1次/d,0.5ml/(次·只)。采用二苯胺法和地衣酚法测定小鼠肝脏核酸含量。结果噪声+灵芝组(2.0、3.0和3.5kHz)与噪声+黄芪组(2.0、3.0和3.5kHz)小鼠暴露于噪声每天2h,10d后,其肝细胞核DNA含量、肝细胞核RNA含量及肝细胞质RNA含量较正常值有所下降,而噪声组(2.0、3.0和3.5kHz)降低更显著,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灵芝和黄芪对噪声所致肝脏DNA、RNA含量降低可能有一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus membranaceus on the liver nucleic acid content of the mice exposed to the noise. Methods Noise-exposed mice were given Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus membranaceus by stomach perfusion. Measured the liver nucleic acid content of the mice liver with diphenylamine and orcinol method. Results The DNA content of the liver cell nucleus, the RNA content of the liver cell nucleus and the RNA content of the liver cytoplasm in the experimental groups approached those in the normal group, but significantly higher than those in the noise exposed group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus membranaceus can antagonize the decrease of DNA and RNA content of the liver induced by the noise to some extent.
