| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹式全子宫切除患者的护理需求及对策。方法采用自评表与谈话相结合，随机调查腹式子宫切除术的患者146例，了解他们的护理需求，并根据需求制订护理对策。结果95％病人担心术后影响性生活及女性特征占所有问题第一位。结论按患者的需求实施护理对策比普通护理更有效果。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussing the strategy and requirement of the patients’nursing who have had abdominal hysterectomy．Methods Random searching 146 patients who have had abdominal hysterectomy by questionnaire and conversation to comprehend their nursing requirement and to formulate the strategy．Results 95％ patients first of all worry about the effect of sexual life and muliebrity．Conclusions The nursing by patients’requirement is more effective than general duty nursing. |
