余甘子提取物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒1型和2型的初步研究

摘    要:目的 从余甘子的醋酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物和水提物3种提取物体外筛选抗单纯疱疹病毒1型和2型的活性成分.方法 通过观察药物毒性、病毒引起的细胞病变效应、空斑减数法,判断药物的毒性及其抗病毒效应.结果 余甘子的醋酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物和水提物对于单纯疱疹病毒1型的半数抑制浓度分别为25.28,66.17,100.94 μg/ml;余甘子的3种提取物对于单纯疱疹病毒2型的半数抑制浓度分别为31.70,180.3,112.1 μg/ml.结论 余甘子3种提取物在体外对单纯疱疹病毒1型和2型均有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the active components of anti- HSV-1 and HSV-2 of crude extract from Phyllanthus emblica.Methods The toxic and antivirous effects were evaluated by observing toxic effect,cytopathic effect(CPE),MTT colorimetric assay for vital cell rate,plaques reduction ratio.Results Inhibition on herpes simplex virus were observed during the experiment.The IC_(50) on HSV-1 of acetic ether extract,methanol extract,aqueous extract from Phyllanthus emblica were 25.28,66.17,100.94μg/ml; while the IC_(50) on HSV-2 of the extracts above were 31.70,180.3,112.1μg/ml.Conclusion The three extracts from Phyllanthus emblica can inhibit both of HSV-1 and HSV-2 in vitro.
