| 摘 要： | 目的 研究VEGF-C和CD34在涎腺腺样囊性癌（SACC）中表达及其与临床病理的关系，探讨ACC转移机理。方法 采用免疫组化SP法，检测42例ACC中VEGF-C和CD34表达情况，并计算微血管密度（MVD），采用SPSS软件行统计学分析。结果VEGF-C的表达和MVD与ACC组织类型有关（P=0．000；P=0．001）；MVD和VEGF-C表达间无相关性（P=0．165）。结论VEGF-C和MVD可作为ACC分化的指标之一；VEGF-C可能与ACC淋巴结转移有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the expression of VEGF-C and CD34 and to understand the metastatic mechanism of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of salivary glands.Methods Immunohistochemical staining (SP) was used to determine the expression of VEGF-C and CD34 in 42 cases of ACC of salivary gland and to quantify the MVD. SPSS statistical software was used in this study.Results The expression of VEGF-C and MVD were correlated with the histological pattern (P=0.000;P=0.001). There was no correlation between the expression of VEGF-C and MVD (P=0.165).Conclusion In the ACC, VEGF-C expression and MVD might be used as predictors for the differentiation. VEGF-C may be correlated with the lymph node metastasis. |
