摘    要:全科医师培训大纲中涉及人文医学的内容仅”医学伦理”一项,远不能满足全科医师以问题为目标、以人为中心、家庭为单位、社区为范围的健康照顾职责要求。本文从全科医师职责性质、社区卫生服务医学伦理要求和我国医学高等院校人文教育缺陷三方面深入分析了全科医师培训、考核增设人文医学执业技能的必要性,并分别阐明了在全科医师规范化培训的理论学习、医院轮转和社区实践三个阶段进行人文医学执业技能培训的具体内容、教学方法和考核途径。文章提示,全科医师培训应当将人文医学执业技能纳入大纲,并在教学和考核方法上进行大胆改革,从而加速人文精神在社区医学实践中的渗透。

Abstract:The curriculum for general practitioner training does not include much knowledge on medical humanities except for medical ethics,which can not meet the requirement of general practitioners' defined duty.This article analyzes the necessity of adding social psychological skills to the training and assessment of general practitioners from the following aspects of the nature of general practitioners' duty,and the disadvantages of medical humanities education in current Chinese medical universities.Then the proposition of this system is also presented.
