不同证型脑梗死患者SF-36生存质量的比较研究

目的探讨不同证型脑梗死患者亚急性期的生存质量。方法将符合研究标准的急性期脑梗死病例经中医辨证后分为痰热组和非痰热组,经常规西药治疗2周后,运用美国医学结局组开发的普适性量表——健康状况调查问卷SF-36(以下简称SF-36)评价患者的生存质量。结果两组患者在SF-36各维度中,躯体健康维度评分痰热组明显高于非痰热组(P<0.05),而心理健康维度评分痰热组分值明显低于非痰热组(P<0.05)。结论不同证型的脑梗死患者亚急性期生存质量在内容上存在差异,可能与证候特点密切相关。

Comparative study on SF-36 survival quality in patients with different types of cerebral infarction

Objective To discuss the survival quality of patient with cerebral infarction in sub-acute seizure phase,who were in different TCM syndrome types.Method The patients with cerebral infarction in sub-acute seizure phase targeted to the inclusion criteria were divided into the phlegm-heat group and non-phlegm-heat group through the syndrome differentiation of TCM.After routine treatment of Western medicine the survival quality of patients were evaluated with the Health Questionnaire(SF-36),a general adaptable scale developed by American Medical Outcomes Study(MOS).Result In different dimensions of SF-36 the score of body health dimension in the phlegm-heat group was obviously higher than that in the non-phlegm-heat group(P<0.05),while the score of mental health dimension in the phlegm-heat group was obviously lower than that in the non-phlegm-heat group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction in sub-acute seizure phase in different TCM syndrome types have different contents of survival quality,which may be closely related to the characteristics of syndrome manifestations.
