2007年青岛市个体诊所现状调查

[目的]及时了解和掌握青岛辖区个体诊所基本现状,规范其诊疗行为。[方法]按照区(市)划分,类型基本相同,采用随机方法,对部分个体诊所机构设置和诊疗行为进行调查。[结果]调查涉及市内4区、周边3个新区、郊区5个县级市的1013家个体诊所,经统计达到合格要求的752家,总合格率为74.23%。其中,市内4区总合格率为68.44%,周边3个新区总合格率为81.13%,郊区5市总合格率为77.49%,三者间合格率的差异有统计学意义。[结论]多数个体诊所设置基本符合要求。

Investigation on Private Clinics in Qingdao in 2007

[Objective]In order to grasp the present situation of private diagnostic clinics located in Qingdao area promptly and standardize its treating behaviors.[Methods]The organization and the treating behaviors of partial private diagnostic clinics were investigated according to the location of area,(district and city) and type of clinics.[Results]The investigation involves 1 013 private diagnostic clinics of four districts,three new area surrounding and the five county-level city suburbs respectively,752 of them meet the qualified requirements and the total qualified rate was 74.23%.Among them,the total qualified rate of local four districts was 68.44%,the total qualified rate of three new area surrounding was 81.13% and the total qualified rate of the five county-level city suburbs was 77.49%,There was a differences of three qualified rate.[Conclusion]The organization standards of most private diagnostic clinics can meet the basic requirements after investigation.
