脂肪肝1 100例分析

目的通过体检研究脂肪肝的患病情况及脂肪肝患者血清血脂与转氨酶的关系。方法对2006年度1100例脂肪肝检出者血脂,转氨酶分年龄组进行统计分析。结果脂肪肝患者多见三酰甘油(TG)升高;20～29岁脂肪肝患者肝功能异常者[AST和(或)ALT升高]显著高于其他组。结论脂肪肝是比较常见的疾病,应提倡定期健康检查,早期发现,早期预防。

Analysis on related factors of 1 100 cases of fatty liver

Objective To study the related factors of fatty liver by health examination and the relationship between the serum level of lipid and transaminase.Methods 1100 cases were checked to be fatty liver by the health examination,the their serum lipid and transaminase also were tested and analyzed.Result Most of patients with fatty liver had hypertriglyceridemia,the incidence rates of hepatic dysfunction(including AST and/or ALT increased)in 20-29 age group were significantly higher than those of other groups.Conclusion Fatty liver is a common disease,we should carry on routinely healthy examination in order to diagnose it early and prevent it timely.
