| 摘 要： | 目的 描述维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担(self-perceived burden,SPB)的真实情况,分析患者SPB的影响因素.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对15名维持性血液透析患者进行深度访谈,并以Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析归纳.结果 通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,得出5个主题:照顾者身心疲惫;经济负担沉重;忧心忡忡;个人角色失衡;前途未卜.结论 维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担明显,呼吁医护人员重视患者自我感受负担,为患者提供个性化整体护理措施. |
