益气活血,温阳利水法配合西医治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭50例

目的:观察益气活血,温阳利水法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:50例患者随机分为2组。治疗组25例,在西医常规治疗上加用自拟益气活血,温阳利水方;对照组25例,西医常规治疗。观察两组患者的临床症状改变。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后心功能EF改善高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益气活血,温阳利水法,可缓解临床症状,改善心功能的作用。

Treating 50 cases of chronic congestive heart failure by the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui plus western medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui in treating chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:50 cases were randomly and averagely divided into two groups;the treated group was treated by the method of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui on the basis of conventional western medicine;the control group was treated in conventional western medicine.Observing the changes in clinical symptoms in two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The improvement of cardiac function EF in the treated group was higher than that in the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui could relieve symptoms,improve cardiac function.
