自拟愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的:观察自拟愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例采用自拟愈疡汤疗法,对照组采用西医疗法,治疗前后作胃镜检查,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗50例,治愈16例,显效18例,有效12例,无效4例。治疗组症状的缓解优于对照组。结论:采用自拟愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡,其疗效及对症状的缓解优于西医疗法,值得推广。

Clinical observation of treating peptic ulcer with the Yuyang decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on treating peptic ulcer with Yuyang decoction.Methods:50 cases of patients in the treated group were given Yuyang decoction,the control group were treated with Western medicine,before and after treatment for gastroscopy,to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:16 patients were cured,18 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,4 cases ineffective in treated group(n=50),the ease of symptoms of the treated group than the control group.Conclusion:The Yuyang decoction on treating peptic ulcer,the effect is very good,worthy of clinical promotion.
