乳腺癌数据库的建立与临床应用

目的应用Microsoft Access 2007数据库保存和管理我院行乳腺癌手术患者的临床资料,初步探讨其在患者资料的系统保存、分析统计以及随访方面的应用价值。方法选择自2000年1月以来石河子大学医学院第一附属医院普外二科收住的乳腺癌手术患者的临床资料及随访信息,应用Microsoft Access 2007建立乳腺癌数据库,包括建立数据表、数据窗体和建立查询。结果本数据库具有简洁的用户体验界面、可靠的数据管理方式和因特网共享功能,并实现了对资料的存储、添加、检索等功能,能不断更新患者临床资料。结论该数据库易于操作、实用性强,方便病案的信息化管理,适宜在临床诊疗、教学和科研中应用。

Creating database and its clinical application for patients with breast cancer

Objective To develop a database program based on Microsoft Access 2007 for patients with breast cancer to save and manage clinical data,to explore its value of information system preservation,and analysis of statistics and follow-up in patients preliminarily.Methods All the cases with breast cancer who were performed surgical treatment were from the second department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Shihezi University from January 2000,the clinical data was collected which included regular follow-up data of these patients after therapy,the data base was designed by using Microsoft Access 2007 included the creation of tables,forms and queries.Results This database had a simple interface for the user experience and reliable data management methods and internet sharing capabilities,and data storage,add,retrieve,and other functions,which can be continuously updated clinical data.Conclusion The database is easy to operate,practical,and is convenient in medical record information management,which is suitable for application in clinical diagnosis and treatment,teaching and research.
