化痰降脂汤为主治疗高脂血症50例临床疗效观察

目的:观察化痰降脂汤为主治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为化痰降脂汤为主治疗组(治疗组)和阿托伐他汀钙治疗组(对照组)各50例,均连续治疗4周,观察治疗前后血脂变化、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率达95.0%,对照组为84.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);两组患者治疗后血脂水平均有明显改善,较本组治疗前差异均具有统计学意义(aP0.05);治疗组治疗后血脂水平改善更为明显,与对照组治疗后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(bP0.05)。结论:化痰降脂汤为主治疗高脂血症疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床运用。

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of hyperlipidemia with the Huatan Jiangzhi decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Huatan Jiangzhi decoction on treating hyperlipidemia.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the treated group(50 cases were treated with the Huatan Jiangzhi decoction) and the control group(50 cases were treated with Atuo Fata Tinggai) ,each group was treated for 4 weeks,observing the lipid changes,efficacy and Situation of side effects before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group was 95.0%,and that was 84.0%in the control group,the efficacy of the treated group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment lipid levels were significantly improved,comparing with pre-treatment differences were statistically significant(aP<0.05);After treatment,blood lipid levels improved more significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(bP<0.05) .Conclusion:The efficacy of the Huatan Jiangzhi decoction in treating hyperlipidemia was better than western medicine alone,worthy of clinical application.
