肠易激综合征C反应蛋白与焦虑抑郁的相关性

目的研究肠易激综合征患者的C反应蛋白与焦虑抑郁之间的相关性。方法将符合罗马Ⅱ标准的肠易激综合征（IBS）患者56例（观察组）进行C反应蛋白及焦虑抑郁量表（Zung自评量表和HAMD量表）分析。60例健康查体人群（对照组）进行C反应蛋白及焦虑抑郁量表分析，经统计学分析二者之间的差异显著性。结果肠易激综合征患者C反应蛋白与焦虑抑郁有相关性，观察组与对照组C反应蛋白差异有显著性，焦虑与抑郁量表分析差异有显著性。结论肠易激综合征患者的C反应蛋白与焦虑抑郁之间有相关性。

Relationship of CRP with the state of anxiety and depression in irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To explore the relationship of irritable bowel syndrome in patients with C reactive protein and the correlation between anxiety and depression.Methods The Rome II criteria for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) patients 56 cases(observation group) of C reactive protein and anxiety and Depression Scale(Zung self-rating scale and the HAMD scale) analysis.In 60 cases of healthy people(control group) were C reactive protein and anxiety and depression scale were analyzed by statistical analysis,the difference between the two significant.Results The patients with irritable bowel syndrome and C reactive protein with anxiety and depression between the observation group and the control group,there was significant difference between C reactive protein,anxiety and depression scale analysis of significant difference.Conclusion Patients with irritable bowel syndrome and C reactive protein and there is a correlation between anxiety depression.
