香菊胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎60例的疗效观察

目的:探讨香菊胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选择120例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组予口服头孢氨苄胶囊,局部用加有地塞米松和庆大霉素的1%盐酸麻黄素滴鼻液滴鼻,治疗组予口服香菊胶囊,4周后观察疗效。结果:两组治疗后总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:香菊胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of chronic sinusitis with Xiangju capsule

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Xiangju capsule on treating chronic sinusitis.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the treated group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases) ,the control group was treated with oral cephalexin capsules,the topical was treated by dexamethasone and gentamicin plus 1%ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops,the treated group was treated with oral Xiangju capsules,effects were observed after 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,comparing the total effective rates in two groups,the difference was significant,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of Xiangju capsule in treating chronic sinusitis was better than that in western medicine alone.
