宿主抗肿瘤免疫对L615表型的影响

本文通过多种方法处理的L615细胞免疫615系小鼠以诱导宿主的抗L615免疫反应,并用活L615细胞多次重复攻击使宿主的抗肿瘤免疫性获得加强,以便分析不同强度的宿主免疫对L615表型变化的影响及其规律。结果表明:瘤苗免疫后获得保护效应的各实验组动物除部份表现为典型L615(占40.2%)外,其L615生物学表型发生了明显变化,包括缓发型、皮下肉瘤型、胸腺瘤样型及肝瘤样型L615(统称非典型性L615)。这些非典型性L615的发生率与瘤苗免疫保护效应的强弱呈正相关(r=0.806,P<0.01),而且随着攻击次数的增多,抗肿瘤免疫的加强,其发生率不断上升,证示L615的表型变化与宿主的抗肿瘤免疫状态密切相关。本文对非典型性L615移植传代后的生长情况以及免疫影响L615生物学表型改变的可能机理进行了分析探讨。

INFLUENCE OF HOST ANTI-TUMOR IMMUNITY ON PHENOTYPE OF L615

In order to analyse the influence of host antitumor immunity on the phenotype of L615, 615 strain mice were immunized -with L615 cells pretreated with various methods to induce immunoprotective effect. Such immune resistance induced was then successively enhanced by repeated challenge with alive L615 cells. The results showed that the phenotype of L615 in immunized groups might manifest distinct changes including delayed, subcutaneous sarcomatous, thymomatous or hepatomomatous L615 (all belonged to atypical L615). It seemed that there might be a positive correlation between the strength of host resistance and the incidence of atypical L615, and the incidence of atypical L615 continuously increased as the number of repeated challenge increased. All this suggested that the phenotype of L615 might be altered in the immunized mice.
