| 摘 要： | 本文报道27例心房纤颤合并二度房室传导阻滞。其诊断依据是:(1)出现三次以上的R—R间距长达1.5秒以上的心电图改变。(2)出现三次以上的结性(或室性)逸搏。21例正在应用洋地黄。停用洋地黄后,16例并发二度房室传导阻滞者得到恢复。

| Abstract: | The authors report 27 cases of atrial fibrillation merged with second degree of AVB. The bases of diagnosis are: (1) The R—R interval usually>1.5 sec. and repeats 3 times or more. (2) Three beats or more of nodal escape (or ventricular escape)occur in the leads of ECG. 21 cases were being re- ceived digitalis. 16 cases merged with second degree of AVB returned to normal during the digitalis had stopped. |
