1974年-2003年禹州市居民死亡动态分析

目的了解禹州市居民30年的死亡率动态和死亡谱变迁,为制定疾病防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用禹州市 1974年-2003年生命统计信息库资料,按照:ICD-9标准进行死因分类,用SAS6．12进行数据分析。结果 1974年以来,全市居民总死亡率(标化率)从1974年-1983年的588．49／10万降低到1994年-2003年的334．19／10万,男性全死因死亡率水平始终高于女性;居民前五位死因依次为:心脏病、损伤和中毒、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病;损伤和中毒是15岁- 44岁年龄组的首位死因,其死亡构成比占整个年龄组死亡人数的47．02％,是该年龄组人群的最大健康威胁。结论慢性非传染性疾病对禹州市居民的健康与寿命构成主要威胁;损伤和中毒是青壮年人口的首位死因。

A Dynamic Analysis of the Death Cause of Residents in Yu Zhou City(1974～2003)

Purpose:To describe the characteristics and trend of the Death Cause of Residents in Yu Zhou City during 1974-2003, and serves as a useful reference for the prevention and control of local diseases as well as for the design of health policy. Methods:Data from the life information system of Yu Zhou during 1974 -2003 were analyzed(with SAS 6. 12). Death causes are classified with ICD -9 Classification Standard . Results:Since 1974, the overall standardized mortality rate among the residents has decreased to 334. 19/105 from 558.49/105. The senior been higher than that of the female. The top five leading causes of death are as follows:heart diseases, injury, malignant tumor, cerebral diseases, and respiratory diseases. Injury is the top cause of death among residents aged 15-44. Accounting for 47. 02% of all deaths among residents in this age group, it is the single biggest threat to the health of residents in this age group. Conclusions:The death pattern of Yu Zhou residents have undergone important changes. Chronic non - infectious diseases are the major threat to public health. Injury constitutes the most harmful factor for the life of young population in Yu Zhou.
