| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中国湖南汉族人群内皮脂肪酶Gly26Ser基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的相关性,及其对血脂、颈动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性方法对中国湖南汉族266例ACI患者和91例正常对照者EL-Gly26Ser基因多态性分析。结果:在中国湖南汉族人群中,EL-Gly26Ser基因存在GG和GA2种基因型;2种基因型和等位基因频率在脑梗死组和对照组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:EL-Gly26Ser基因多态性可能不是湖南汉族人群脑梗死的遗传易感基因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of EL-Gly26Ser gene polymorphism and Artherosclerosis cerebral infarction in Hunan Hans.Methods EL-Gly26Ser polymorphism was detected by PCRRFLP and DNA sequencing in 266 CI patients and 91 healthy controls.Results EL-Gly26Ser have GG and GA genotypes in Hunan Hans.There was no significant differences of genotypes and alleles frequencies between the controls and CI group(P>0.05).Conclusion The Chinese Hunan Han Nationality crowd has the EL-Gly26Ser gene polymorphism.There was no relationship between the EL-Gly26Ser gene polymorphism and CI in Hunan Hans. |
