| 摘 要： | 目的建立舒肝顺气丸中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），甲醇-乙腈-水（45：20：35）为流动相，流速为1．5mL／min，检测波长为294nm。结果厚朴酚、和厚朴酚进样量的线性范围分别为0．256～1．792μg（r=0．99995）和0．184～1．288μg（r=0．99994），平均加样回收率分别为100．7％和100．8％，RSD分别为1．09％和0．91％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于舒肝顺气丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine the contents of honokiol and magnolol in Shuganshunqi Pills by RP-HPLC. Methods The RP- HPLC system consisted of DiamonsilTM C18 column（150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μ）, with MeOH - ACN - H2O（45 ： 20 ： 35） mixture as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength at 294 nm and the flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. Results The linear ranges of magnolol and honokiol were 0. 256 - 1. 792 μ（ r =0. 999 95） and 0. 184 - 1. 288 μg （ r =0. 999 94）, respectively. The average recovery rates were 100. 7% （ RSD = 1.09% ） and 100.8% （ RSD = 0. 91% ）, respectively. Conclusion This method has good repeatability and flexibility. It can be used for the quality control of Shuganshunqi Pills. |
