尿素呼气试验检测复发性口疮性溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌

目的：研究复发性口疮性溃疡（RAU）与幽门螺杆菌（Hp)的关系。比较^14C标记的尿素呼气试验(^14C-UBT)技术与尿素酶 方法在检测RAU患者Hp感染时阳性率的差异。方法：用^14C-UBT技术对42RAU组及25例正常对照组行HP检测，对HP阳性者行口腔粘膜活检。将取下的上膜用尿素酶方法检测验证口腔Hp感染情况。结果：RAU患者Hp阳性率为66．7％，而正常对照组阳性率为36．0％（P＜0．05）。对^14C-UBT检测Hp阳性性的28例RAU患者，经口腔粘膜活检，用尿素酶方法检测，Hp阳性者为20例。结论：Hp是RAU的致病因素之一。^14C-UBT可做为RAU屠 HP检测的初步筛选方法，尤其可用于大量病人的初步筛选及治疗后复查。

Detection of Helicobacter pylori in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer by~(14)C-urea breath test

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and to compare the difference of the positive rate of Hp infection between 14 C urea breath test ( 14 C UBT) and urease technique in patients with RAU. Methods: Forty two patients with RAU and 25 patients without RAU (control group) were measured by the 14 C UBT for Hp detecting, and the oral mucosa biopsy was conducted in Hp positive patients. The Hp in the sampled mucosae were confirmed by the urease technique. Results: The positive rate in patients with RAU was 66.7%, while the positive rate in the control group was 36% ( P <0 05). Twenty eight patients with RAU, whose Hp was positive in the 14 C UBT, 20 were Hp positive detected by the oral mucosa biopsy and urease technique. Conclusion: Hp is one of the pathogenic factors of RAU. 14 C UBT can be used as a primary method in the detection of Hp in patients with RAU, particularly for a large number of patients in the primary screening and re examination after treatment
