| 摘 要： | 二胺氧化酶是一种催化二胺氧化的酶,以前称为组胺酶。本文应用免疫组化LSA'法,对45例乳腺肿瘤进行了DAO检测,并结合其表达情况进行了分析,结果表明,DAO在乳腺癌中多数呈阳性反应,其阳性率为87.5％。癌旁组织和腺瘤组织仅少数表达阳性,阳性率分别为8.6％和10％。DAO在乳腺癌中含量较高,与癌旁组织和腺瘤有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。所以,DAO可以用来做为检测乳腺癌的标志酶。对乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗可能有一定临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Diamine Oxidase (DAO)as a rumour associated marker, which is often associted with malignancy. In this assay, using DAo antisera and LSAB method, an immunohistochemical study was carried out in 45 patients with breast tumor. The results showed that the positive immunostaining was observed on the cancer cells. The positive rates were 87.5% (28/32)for breast infiltrating carinomas, 8. 6% (3/35)for nearby cancerous tissues, 10% for adenomas. THe results indicate that the positive expression rates of DAO in cancerous tissues were higher than that nearby cancerous tissurs and adenomas ( P< 0.01), which may be hulpful for early dignosis of breast cancer. |
