| 摘 要： | 患者，男，54岁。右侧臀部暗红色斑块6年，曾多次按“股癣、湿疹”等治疗效果不佳。真菌涂片呈阴性，PPD试验强阳性（+++），皮损取活检组织病理为感染性肉芽肿性改变。结合临床及病理诊断为臀部皮肤结核，给予异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇抗结核治疗后，皮损好转。

| Abstract: | A 54-year-old male presented with dark red plaques on the right buttocks for 6 years. The patients have been misdiagnosed as tinea cruris and eczema with no efficacy after treatment. The fungal test was negative and PPD test was strong positive (+++). Biopsy showed infectious granulomas. The diagnosis of cutaneous tuberculosis on the buttocks was made according to the clinical manifestations and biopsy features. The lesions were improved after anti-tuberculosis therapy. |
