碱性多糖吸附剂对血脂吸附行为的X—射线光电子能谱分析

摘    要:利用XPS技术探讨一种天然碱性多糖吸附剂对血清中血脂的吸附行为。吸附剂用碱性多糖制备,吸附液为血清、胆固醇(CHO)和芏油三酯(TG)标准液。分别将吸附血脂、CHO和TG的样品和未吸附样品的X-射线光电子谱图比较,根据碳、氧、氮三种元素光电子结合能变化,找出对吸附血脂分子起主要作用的活性基团。血清、CHO和TG标准液三种吸附样品谱图显示,谱峰在398.9eV处的-NH2发生了化学移。CHO和TG标准液二种吸附样品谱图显示,谱峰在532.4eV处的-0H发生了化学位移。试验表明吸附剂分子链上的NH2是吸附血清中血脂分子的活性中心。

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis on the adsorbing behaviors of natural alkalescent polysaccharide adsorbent for blood lipid
Abstract:In this paper,the adsorbing behaviors of natural alkalescent polysaccharide for the blood fat in the serum is discussed,serum,cholesterolCHO and triglycerideTG titer being the adsorbate. Active group for the absorption can be found according to the changes of photoelectron binding energy of carbon,oxygen and nitrogen by comparing the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopiesXPSs of the samples absorbing titers with that of original sample.-NH2 with peak value at 398.9eV generates chemical shift according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing serum,CHO and TG,and the same to -OH with peak value at 523,4eV according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing CHO and TG.And the -NH2 group on the molecule chain of adsorbent is the active center to adsorb the blood lipid.
