| 摘 要： | 目的：调查强制戒毒期间海洛因依赖者自残原因及提出防范措施。方法：对527例强制戒毒者在强戒期间发生的42例有自残行为就其一般资料、自残原因、自残方式等相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果：自残原因与逃避惩罚、保外就医、恶劣环境、牢头狱霸欺凌、毒瘾发作等因素密切相关。结论：防范措施应以健全规章制度、强化管理、改善生活条件、倡导以人为本的人性化管理和进行合理的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the factors causing selfinjury of heroin addicts under compulsory detoxification. Methods: Carry out a retrospective analysis on the related factors about the general information of selfinjury behaviors in 42 cases of addicts under compulsory detoxification among 527 addicts in this institute of compulsory detoxification. Results: Selfinjury has relation to the following factors: penalty evading, assured hospitalizing, worse environment, prison tyrant bullying,paroxysm of addiction and so on. Conclusion: The prevention of selfinjury consists not only in normalization of carrying out rules and improving environment and promoting guide and respective talents,but also in giving best therapy. |
