电脑中频治疗仪预防肌肉注射后皮下硬结

目的观察J48A型高级电脑中频治疗仪预防性治疗久卧病床患者肌内注射所致皮下硬结的效果。方法筛选我科住院及门诊120例长期肌肉注射患者随机分为对照组（60例）和治疗组（60例）。对照组在肌肉注射前后不做任何特别处理,治疗组在肌内注射后20分钟,用J48A型高级电脑中频治疗仪治疗10—20分钟,1次／天,10天为1个疗程。结果1个月后观察组皮下硬结发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论电脑中频治疗仪是预防外卧病床患者肌内注射后皮下硬结的有效方法。

The study of subcutaneous sclerosis after intramusclar injection by J48A computed mid-frequency treatment device for chronic patients

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of subcutaneous sclerosis after intramusclar injection by J48A computed Mid-frequency treatment device for chronic patients. Methods One hundred and twenty long-term intramuscular injection pateints of out and in-patients were divided into the control group （60 patients） and the treatment group （60 patients） . The control group patients had not do any processes specially around the intramuscular injection ; The treatment group patients had been treated 10 -20 minutes with the J48A Computed Mid-frequency treatment meter in treatment latter 20 minutes, litme/day, 10 days were 1 treatment course. Results Observation that the hypodermic induration formation rate obviously the treatment group of was lower than the control group after treatment 1 month （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion This is a good way of Subcutaneous sclerosis after intramuscular injection by J48A computed mid-frequency treatment device for chronic patients.
