人性化护理干预对胆结石患者术前情绪的影响

目的：探讨人性化护理干预对胆结石患者术前情绪的影响。方法选择胆结石手术患者84例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各42例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予人性化护理干预，采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）和抑郁自评量表（ SDS）比较两组患者入院时和术前焦虑、抑郁状态，比较两组护理满意度。结果入院时，两组患者的SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。观察组术前SAS和SDS评分分别为（33．7±10．0），（42．0±13．0）分，明显低于对照组的（48．3±12．0），（55．0±15．0）分，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为3．54，3．67；P＜0．05）。观察组护理满意度为95．2％，较对照组（81．0％）明显升高，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．09，P＜0．05）。结论对胆结石手术患者给予人性化护理干预，能够改善患者术前负性情绪，提高护理满意度，值得推广。

Effect of humanistic nursing intervention on the pre-operation emotion of patients with gallstone

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on the pre-operation emotion of patients with gallstone.Methods Totals of 84 patients with gallstone operation during the period from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into control group （ n=42 ） that received routine nursing and observation group （ n=42） that received humanistic nursing intervention.The SAS scores and SDS scores on admission and pre-operation in the two groups according to the self anxiety scale （ SAS） and the self depression scale （SDS）, and the nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were detected and compared.Results No significant difference was found in the scores of SAS and SDS between two groups on admission （P〉0.05）. Compared with control group, the SAS scores （33.7 ±10.0 vs 48.3 ±12.0）,and SDS scores （42.0 ±13.0 vs 55.0 ±15.0） in observation group on the pre-operation were significantly reduced （t=3.54,3.67,respectively;P〈0.05）.And the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（95.2%vs 81.0%;χ2 =4.09,P〈0.05）.Conclusions For the patients with gallstone operation, the humanistic nursing intervention can significantly improve their pre-operative negative emotion, increase the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
