| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的58例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,依据手术治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。结果：观察组手术时间、血肿清除率均明显优于对照组,观察组临床疗效和ADL分级均明显高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论：颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To approach the clinical curative effect of curing hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc by intracranial hematoma clear skill.Methods：To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 58 cases hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.Results：The operation time、hematoma clearance were better than control group,the clinical curative effect and ADL fractionation were higher than control group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusions：The clinical curative effect of curing hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhagc by intracranial hematoma clear skill was manifest,which was to be used. |
