| 摘 要： | 目的:观察VSD材料持续负压吸引治疗感染性糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:将VSD材料持续负压吸引治疗21例感染性糖尿病足。结果:持续负压吸引是一种全方位引流方法治疗,具有引流管不容易被堵塞,操作方便易行等优点。结论:持续负压吸引对于感染性糖尿病足创面引流效果好,创面愈合快。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of continued negative pressure drainage with VSD materials in treating infectious diabetic foot.Method 21 patients with diabetic foot infections were treated by continued negative pressure drainage with VSD materials.Results Continued negative pressure drainage was a holistic approach,in which the drainage tubes were not easily blocked,easy-to-follow and have many other advantages.Conclusion It′s good for drainage effect of diabetic foot wounds which help wounds healing fast. |
