肾综合征出血热并发中枢神经症状98例临床分析

目的:探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)并发中枢神经症状患者临床分型的可能性。方法:对我院1992～2001年收治的HFRS并发中枢神经症状的98例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果:将HFRS并发中枢神经症状病人按临床表现分为6型:①中毒型22例;②脑膜脑炎型20例;③头痛型26例;④脑出血型13例;⑤癫痫发作型7例;⑥昏迷型10例。结论:HFRS中枢神经并发症都见于重型及危重型,病程各期均可出现,死亡率明显高于无中枢神经并发症者。对此必须引起高度重视,在治疗原发病的同时对所出现的中枢神经症状给予及时有效的治疗。

Clinical Analysis on 98 Cases of HFRS in Association with Central Nervous System Symptoms

Objective:To study the possibility of clinical classification of HFRS in association with central nervous system symptoms. Methods .-The clinical data of 98 cases with central nervous system symptoms caused by HFRS were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Six types were classified according to the clinical symptoms.They were:①type of toxic symptoms (22 cases);②meningitis type (20 cases) ;③headache type (26 cases) ;④brain bleeding type (13 cases) ; ⑤epileptic attack type (7 cases) ;⑥coma type (10 cases) . Conclusion: HFRS in association with central nervous system symptoms is often found in serious or dying patients and can appear in any stage.The mortality rate of the patients is remarkably higher than that of those without such symptoms. So the symptoms should be treated promptly and effectively while HFRS is being treated.
