| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同中医体质类型急性缺血性脑卒中患者中医证型特点。方法:采用前瞻性的队列研究方法,按照王琦的体质分型标准,应用聚类分析法对缺血性脑卒中患者的体质类型进行判断、分类,并对其中医证型进行分类,观察缺血性脑卒中患者不同中医体质类型与中医证型之间的关系。结果:平和质发病后易表现为风痰阻络证,气虚质患者发病后易表现为气虚血瘀证,阴虚质患者发病后易表现为阴虚风动证。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者中医证型与中医体质类型有关联。
