| 摘 要： | 本文对65例支气管肺炎患儿做血清微量间接血凝试验,此法有特异性高,敏感性强等优点,是值得推荐的一种合胞病毒感染的血清学诊断方法。同时就19例合胞病毒肺炎进行分析,结果提示,我省合胞病毒肺炎有逐渐增多趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The test of micro-mediate agglutination oa sixty-five children suffering from virus bronchopneumonia was done. The test is a simple, economic method with high specificity, high sensitivity and does not need the double-serums procedure and thus lessens blood required. So is worthwhile for recommendation as serological test for virus studies, especially acceptable in local community user. Nineteen respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia were analysed. It was found that the pneumonia had the tendency to increase in our province. The method for the prevention and treatment of childrens' virus pneumonia mixed infection was proposed. |
