摘    要:目的:通过动物实验探讨次声波与冲击波致全身复合伤的特点。方法:用爆竹爆炸致伤10只兔,伤后通过大体解剖和光学显微镜检查并用受伤后兔脑粉作底物,测定凝血酶元时间。结果:解剖发现兔脑肿胀充血,蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛。光镜:脑脊髓细胞肿胀,血管内壁细胞肿胀,血流阻塞。胃出血,肺破裂出血,胆囊脾破裂出血,结论:爆炸后次声波可致全身组织损伤以肺,胃,脾,胆囊脑微循环直接损伤重,脑脊髓直接损伤轻,继发性损伤

Abstract:Objective:To invest:gate the characteristic of systemic composite injury caused by subsonic wave and blast.Methods:10 rabbits were injured by firecracker exploding then they were examined through macroscopical anatomy and opt:c microscope.we also take cerebral pouder as substrate to test the thrombinogen time.Result:cere bral swell and congestion were found through anatomy as well as subara chnoid hemorrhage and cerebral vascular spasm.It is found through opt:c microscope that there were swellof cerebrospinal cell and blood vasculor intine cell,also blood stream congestion,gastrorrhagia,pnewmonorr hagia and splinter of gallbladder and spleen.Conclusion:systemic composite injury can be caused by blast subsonic wave produced firecracker exploding,the microcirculation of pheumonia gastro spleen gall bladder and cerebral can be injured seviously and cer ebrospinal be injured slightly the secondary injury is severe.
