| 摘 要： | 作者在RF系统基础上制成经椎弓根复位固定器,具有轴向撑开作用肯定及使用方便的优点。经临床使用30例结果满意,复位良好,内固定坚强,未发生手术并发症。作者认为是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | The Transpedicular Reduction Fixator(TPRF) was a modified R-F system.The authors present operative results in 30 cases with satisfactory reduction. Strong internal fixation were proper advantage. The force of axial distraction enough and easy to operate were its character. The authors consider it is a better operative method for the unstable fracture of the thoracolumbar spine. |
