| 摘 要： | 目的八正散是临床上较常用的治疗急性尿路感染的方子,本文通过临床观察以体现该方子的疗效。方法随机分治疗组45例和对照组40例,两组具有可比性,治疗组在西药的治疗基础上加用八正散加率减治疗,对照组予西药 。结果治疗组总有效率97.79%,对照组总有效80%,经统计学分析,治疗组与对照组疗效有显著性差异(p<0.05)。讨论八正散配合西药治疗急性尿路感染见效快、减少耐药发生,临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Ba zheng San is often used to treat acute urethra infection (AUF), to observethe curative effect of Ba Zheng San for AUI. Methods We had got treatment group (45 cases) and controlgroup (40 cases) randomly, it has the balance. We used Ba Zheng San on the basis of western medicine intreatment group, and only western medicine in control group. Result The curative effect was 97.78%in treatment group and 80% in control group, the difference being very significant (P<0.05). ConclusionUsing Ba Zheng San on the basis of western medicine for AUI, it possesses a better curative effect. |
