浮针为主治疗胃痛的临床观察

目的探讨浮针在治疗各种胃痛的临床疗效。方法对符合中医胃痛诊断标准的患者进行浮针加铺灸治疗,并设一般针刺法为对照组,观察浮针加铺灸的治疗效果。结果浮针加铺灸治疗胃病的临床有效率为85.6%,痊愈率为50.0%,疗效优于一般针刺组。结论浮针加铺灸是治疗胃病的有效方法。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Gastralgia by Superficial Puncture

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of superficial puncture for treating gastralgia.Methods Patients diagnosed with gastralgia according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine were treated by superficial puncture plus long snake moxibustion.Another group of patients was treated by conventional acupuncture as a control.The curative effect of superficial puncture plus long snake moxibustion was evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy and cure rates of superficial puncture plus long snake moxibustion for gastralgia were 85.6% and 50.0%,respectively.The curative effect was superior to that in the control group.Conclusion Superficial puncture plus long snake moxibustion is an effective way to treat gastralgia.
