去氨加压素治疗重度颅脑损伤并发高钠血症的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨去氨加压素治疗重度颅脑损伤并发高钠血症的疗效及护理措施。方法回顾性分析使用去氨加压素治疗30例重度颅脑损伤并发高钠血症患者的临床资料。结果30例患者经过治疗与护理,所有患者24 h后血钠较前明显下降或逐渐恢复正常,有效率达100%,治疗14 d后死亡8例，死亡率26.7%;21 d后共死亡12例，死亡率40%。结论常规治疗护理加去氨加压素能有效治疗重度颅脑损伤并发高钠血症，降低死亡率。

Curative effects of desmopressin in treatment and nursing of hypernatremia in severe traumatic brain injury

objective To summarize the effects of desmopressin treatment and nursing of hypernatremia in patientswith severe traumatic brain injury. Methods Retrospective analysis of the use of desmopressin treatment in patientswith hypernatremia. Clinical data of 30 patients with severe craniocerebral injury was reviewed in this study. ResultsAfter desmopressin treatment and nursing, the blood sodium of all 30 patients significantly decreased or gradually returned to normal within 24 hours, the effective rate was 100%. In 14 days after treatment, 8 cases died, the mortalityrate was 26.7%; in 21 days a total of 12 people died, the mortality was 40%. Conclusion Conventional desmopressintreatment is effective with hypernatremia in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and help reducing the mortality.
