厚朴排气合剂对腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

目的探讨厚朴排气合剂对于腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响，评价其有效性及安全性。方法将符合中西医诊断标准的62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，后者按常规方法处理，前者在此基础上加用厚朴排气合剂。观察相关疗效指柄汲安全性指标的变化，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组的总有效率93．5％，对照组总有效率83．9％．治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组规律肠鸣音出现时间、第一次排便排气时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。术后24h，除了发热这一症状外，腹胀痛、恶心呕吐以及总积分，治疗组均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论厚朴排气合剂不但早期恢复胃肠功能，减少术后并发症的发生，同时安全性好，值得临床上推荐使用。

Effects of Houpupaiqi Heji on the gastrointestinal function of patients af- ter abdominal surgery

Objective To discuss the effect of Houpupaiqi Heji on the gastrointestinal function of patients after ab- dominal surgery. Methods Sixty-two patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The latter was provided the common sense treatments, and on this basis treatment group was given Houpupaiqi Heji. The related curative effect data and security data of two group were observed both before and after treatment and analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%, the con- trol group was 83.9% ,and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The time when the patients emerging bowel sounds regular and passage of gas by anus of treated group were obviously different from the control group （P〈0.01）. 12 hours after surgery, expect for fever, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting and total points of treatment group were obviously different from the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Houpupaiqi Heji is available to early anastate the gastrointestinal function, reduces the postoperative complications and has safety. So that Houpupaiqi Heji is worth popularizing clinically.
